Ingredients
- 2 pounds( 960g) fish fillets
- 2 onions,peeled,cut into rings
- 1/4 pound (120 ml) tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Method
Step 1
Arrange fish fillets on middle rack of turbo oven. Cover fish fillets with onion rings.
Step 2
Combine together tomato paste,vinegar,vegetable oil and sugar. Pour mixture over fish.
Step 3
Cover turbo oven and cook for 30 minutes at 500°F(260°C) Garnish oven grilled fish with fresh herbs.
