- 6-7 pound (3kg) leg of pork
- 5 large garlic cloves,cut into slivers
- 1/2 cup dried rosemary leaves
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cook as is,or remove the bone. Cut a crisscross pattern over fat side of the pork. Press the garlic and rosemary into the cuts. Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange fat-side down on the grilling rack. Cook in turbo oven at 400°F(205°C) for 1 hour. Turn the leg of pork and cook for 40-50 minutes more. Serve oven grilled leg of pork with roasted vegetables.
