Oven Grilled Pork with Oranges

- 2 pounds (960g) pork fillet,cubed
- 3 onions,peeled,cut into rings
- 1 orange,peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) wine vinegar
- 1 cup (250 ml) dry white wine
- spices to taste
Combine together pork,spices and vinegar in mixing bowl. Sprinkle with salt. Add onions and sliced orange.Mix well. Put mixture in refrigerator and let marinate for 3 hours.
Pour a small amount of white wine to the bottom of turbo oven. Tread pork on to metal skewers alternated with the onions and oranges. Arrange skewers on the middle and top racks of Flavorwave oven.
Cover and cook on Middle heat setting at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes. Increase heat setting to High and cook for a further 10 minutes. Serve oven grilled pork with cooked rice.
