Oven grilled spareribs. Marinated ribs cooked in a halogen (turbo) oven.Very delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds (960 g) spareribs,trimmed,cut into 2 inch(5 cm) pieces
- 10 green onions
- For Marinade:
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) hoisin sauce
- 1 onion,peeled,finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves,peeled,minced
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
Prepare marinade:Combine all ingredients for marinate in glass baking dish. Add spareribs and green onions. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 2
Preheat turbo oven to 390°F(200°C). Remove ribs and green onions from marinade. Arrange directly on grilling rack of turbo oven. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Serve oven grilled spareribs with your favorite sauce.
