Ingredients
- 9 oz (270 g) pork,boneless,sliced
- 1 piece bamboo root,boiled,cut into slices
- mushrooms,washed and sliced
- 7 stalks green onion,chopped
- 1 green pepper,sliced
- For Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon dry red wine
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teas[poons white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 teaspoons Sand-Tea sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Method
Step 1
Hit the pork slices with the back of the knife so they become soft. Combine all sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Marinate pork with sauce mixture for 1-2 hours.
Step 2
Take a piece of marinated pork and wrap around the bamboo root,mushroom,green onion and green pepper. Preheat turbo oven to 400°F (205°C). Arrange pork rolls on grilling rack. Cover turbo oven and cook for 15-20 minutes. Serve oven roasted pork rolls hot.
