Oven roasted pork rolls. Marinated pork with vegetables cooked in halogen (turbo) oven.

Ingredients

  • 9 oz (270 g) pork,boneless,sliced
  • 1 piece bamboo root,boiled,cut into slices
  • mushrooms,washed and sliced
  • 7 stalks green onion,chopped
  • 1 green pepper,sliced
  • For Sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon dry red wine
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teas[poons white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 teaspoons Sand-Tea sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Method

Step 1

Hit the pork slices with the back of the knife so they become soft. Combine all sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Marinate pork with sauce mixture for 1-2 hours.

Step 2

Take a piece of marinated pork and wrap around the bamboo root,mushroom,green onion and green pepper. Preheat turbo oven to 400°F (205°C). Arrange pork rolls on grilling rack. Cover turbo oven and cook for 15-20 minutes. Serve oven roasted pork rolls hot.
