- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

- 14 oz (420 ml) can diced tomatoes
- 8 oz (240 g) dried ziti
- 1 cup (250 ml) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) finely grated Parmesan cheese
Method
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a 6-quart (6 L) electric pressure cooker turned to the browning function. Add crumbled turkey and cook, stirring occasionally, until well browned, for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add dry red wine, basil, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes, and salt. Cook, stirring, until bubbling, for a further1 minute, then stir in chicken broth, tomatoes, and dried ziti.
Step 3
Close the pressure cooker and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 8 minutes.
Step 4
Using the Quick Release method, bring pressure to normal. Carefully unlock and open the lid. Stir casserole well.
Step 5
In a medium mixing bowl, combine Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses. Sprinkle cheese mixture over the top of the casserole. Cover loosely and set aside for 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
