Raspberry and mango smoothie.Very healthy and delicious nonalcoholic mixed drink.
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 ripe mango,peeled,stoned and cubed
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
- 1 cup (250 ml) low-fat Greek yogurt
In a blender,combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into glasses. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
