Raspberry and mango smoothie.Very healthy and delicious nonalcoholic mixed drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 ripe mango,peeled,stoned and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup (250 ml) low-fat Greek yogurt

Method

Step 1

In a blender,combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

Pour mixture into glasses. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
