Red berry cocktail. Vodka-based alcoholic mixed drink. Very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz (30 ml) vodka
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) Amaretto liqueur
  • 10-15 fresh berries
  • dash of cranberry juice
  • a few drops of lime juice
  • Club Soda

Method

Step 1

Blend fresh berries in a blender. Set aside.

Step 2

In a shaker filled with crushed ice, combine berry puree, vodka, Amaretto, cranberry juice, and lime juice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

Step 3

Add Club soda and cubed ice. Garnish with fresh strawberries and sprig of mint.
