Red snapper cocktail.Gin based alcoholic mixed drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) gin
  • 4 oz (120 ml) tomato juice
  • 2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • pinch of celery salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method

Step 1

In a shaker filled with crushed ice,combine gin,tomato juice and lemon juice. Shake well and strain into highball filled with ice.

Step 2

Add celery salt,black pepper and sauces. Stir well.

Step 3

Garnish red snapper cocktail with a celery stalk and wedge of lemon.
