I use a basic scrambled egg method for this recipe. Very easy and delicious egg recipe. Carbohydrate is not present in an egg, but even without this, it must be considered as a valuable source of protein and a valuable ingredient for the daily diet of every growing child.

The egg, so fragile to the touch, and yet so versatile and far-reaching in its effect, is indeed a wonder ingredient.

Scrambled Eggs with Chilies and Onion Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 basic scrambled eggs
  • 1 teaspoon instant minced onion flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Method

Step 1

Prepare Basic Scrambled Eggs. Add onion and chili powder to unbeaten egg mixture. Beat until well blended. Stir in green chilies. Continue according to recipe instructions for making scrambled eggs.
