Basic scrambled eggs-based egg recipe. Very simple and delicious!

Scrambled Eggs with Herbs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt-free herb seasoning

Method

Step 1

Prepare basic Scrambled Eggs, add chives and celery flakes to unbeaten egg mixture. Beat until well blended. Combine according to recipe instructions for making scrambled eggs.

Step 2

Variations: 1. Substitute 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes for chives and celery flakes. 2. Substitute 1 teaspoon instant minced onion flakes for celery flakes. 3. Substitute 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes and 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme for chives and celery flakes
