What are the ingredients for this slow cooker cheesy chicken chowder?

This dish is perfect for a cold winter day. It’s easy to make, delicious, and has healthy ingredients.

I usually go with rotisserie chicken for this recipe but you can use any kind of cooked chicken you like. I typically get the pre-cooked chicken from the grocery store deli because it’s already seasoned and all I need to do is chop it up or shred it. If you want to use uncooked chicken, you’ll need to season it before putting it in the slow cooker.

Next up are vegetables like celery, onion, potatoes, and carrots that will be sautéed in butter or oil before they go into the slow cooker with some garlic and thyme. You’re also going to want some flour (which will thicken up the soup) crushed garlic, etc
