Slow Cooker Creamy Corn and Broccoli Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 16 oz (480 ml) bag frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 16 oz (480 g) bag frozen corn, thawed
- 10¾ oz (325 ml) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded American cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
Method
Step 1
Lightly grease 4-5-quart (4-5 L) slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well and pour into the greased slow cooker.
Step 3
Cover the pot and cook on low-heat setting for 5-6 hours.
Step 4
Turn off the cooker and open the lid. Stir the soup well before serving, Ladle into soup bowls. Serve hot.
