    Slow Cooker Greek Meatball Soup

Slow cooker creamy sausage dip. This is very delicious dip cooked in a slow cooker. Adapted from http://www.southyourmouth.com

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (480 g) pork sausages
  • 2 8 oz (240 g each) packages cream cheese at room temperature
  • 10 oz (300 g) can diced tomatoes,drained
  • 10 oz (300 g) green green chilies,drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Method

Step 1

In a large nonstick skilled,cook sausages until browned and cooked through. Drain fat.

Step 2

In a slow cooker (crock pot) ,combine cooked sausages and remaining ingredients. Cook on high-heat setting,stirring occasionally,until bubbly.

Step 3

Serve slow cooker creamy sausage dip with tortilla chips.
