Slow Cooker Easy Maple Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
- 50 frozen meatballs
- 2 cups (500 ml) apple cider
- 1/2 cup (25 ml) maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Method
Step 1
Lightly grease inside of 5-6-quart (5-6 l) slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
Place frozen meatballs into the slow cooker.
Step 3
In a small mixing bowl, combine apple cider, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar. Stir well, then pour over meatballs.
Step 4
Close the pot and cook on low-heat setting for 8 hours or until meatballs are tender.
Step 5
Turn off the slow cooker and open the lid. Using a wooden spatula, remove cooked meatballs form the cooker and transfer to a serving plate. Serve as an appetizer or main dish.
