How to Prepare Non-Alcoholic Wassail Recipe:
Very delicious mixed drink cooked in a slow cooker.
makes 1 cup (250 ml)
Ingredients: 16 oz (480 ml) can apricot halves, undrained, 4 cups (1 L) unsweetened pineapple juice, 2 cups (500 ml) apple cider, 1 cup (250 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice (without pulp), 18 whole cloves, 6 3½-inch (8 cm) cinnamon sticks, broken
Instructions: Pour undrained apricot halves into a blender. blend until smooth. Place cloves and cinnamon sticks in a cheesecloth bag.
Combine all ingredients in 4-6 quart (4-6 l) slow cooker. Cover cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 3-4 hours.
Turn off the slow cooker and open the lid. Pour the wassail into a cup. Serve hot.

- 2 cups (500 ml) cranberry juice
- 1/3-2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon aromatic bitters
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon whole allspice
- 1 small orange, sliced
- 1 cup (250 ml) rum
In 4-6-quarts (406 l) slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Stir well.
Cover the cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 4-8 hours.
