Slow Cooker Pumpkin Bread

    1. Cream sugar and shortening until fluffy.
    2. Beat in 2 eggs,one at time.
    3. Stir in pumpkin and milk.
    4. Combine together flour,baking powder,ginger,soda,spices,and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    5. Add to pumpkin mixture.
    6. Blend 1 minute with electric blender.
    7. Stir in raisins.
    8. Turn into a well-greased shortening can.
    9. Put can in slow cooker.
    10. Cover and cook on high-heat for 3-4 hours.
    11. Remove from cooker and cool slow cooker pumpkin bread in can.
    12. Cool thoroughly.
