Slow cooker spiced white chocolate recipe. A very delicious dessert cooked in a slow cooker. For a richer hot chocolate, substitute heavy cream for part of the milk.
Variation:
Peppermint Cocoa Dessert-make recipe below, omitting ground nutmegs, then add 1/2-1 teaspoon (3-5 ml) peppermint extract with the milk. Top each white chocolate dessert with whipped cream and ground cinnamon.

Slow Cooker Spiced White Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients
- 1½ cups (375 ml) white chocolate morsels
- 8 cups (2 L) whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- whipped cream
Method
Step 1
Place white chocolate morsels in a slow cooker. Cover the pot and cook on low-heat setting until chocolate is melted, for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
Open the lid and gradually stir in milk and spices. Cover the cooker and cook on high-heat setting for a further 2 hours or until hot and steaming.
Step 3
Turn off the slow cooker and open the lid. Pour warm spiced chocolate into cocktail glasses. Top each glass with whipped cream. Sprinkle with more ground cinnamon.
