Slow Cooker Pork Chop Casserole Recipe
This is a very easy and delicious pork casserole recipe cooked in a 4-6-quart (4-6 L) slow cooker.
Makes 4-6 servings
Ingredients: 4-6 boneless pork chops, 3 cups (750 ml) water, 1 cup (250 ml) uncooked rice,10¾ oz (310 ml) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried parsley, 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions: Heat cooking oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and sauté until brown. Remove from the skillet and transfer to a slow cooker.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour the mushroom soup mixture over the pork chops in the cooker. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
Turn off the slow cooker and open the lid. Stir pork casserole well and transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot.

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients: 4 boneless pork chops, 6 potatoes, unpeeled and sliced, 10¾ oz (310 ml) can cream of mushroom soup, water
Instructions: Heat cooking oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add pork chops and brown on both sides, then remove from the skillet and transfer to 4-6-quart (4-6 L) slow cooker. Add sliced potatoes and pour creamy mushroom soup over. Add enough water to cover all ingredients.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on a high-heat setting for 6-8 hours. Turn off the cooker and open the lid. Stir well the pork mixture before serving. Transfer pork chops to a serving plate. Pour potato-mushroom soup mixture over. Serve hot. Do you need more slow cooker recipes?

Ingredients
- 6 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 medium yellow onion, peeled and chopped
- 1½ teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 15 oz (450 ml) can chicken gumbo soup
Method
Step 1
Place pork chops in a large shallow bowl. Coat with a combination of flour, salt, garlic powder and dry mustard.
Step 2
Heat cooking oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add sesaoned meat to the skillet and brown on both sides. Remove browned pork chops from the skillet and transfer to 4-6-quart (4-6 l) slow cooker. Darin drippings from the skillet.
Step 3
Add chicken gumbo soup to skillet. Stir to loosen bron bits from the pan. Pour over pork chops. Stir in sliced onions.
Step 4
Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6-8 hours.
