Strawberry-Chia and Quinoa Salad

- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 1/3 cups (330 ml) coconut milk
- 3/4 cup(180 g) fresh strawberries,quartered
- Toppings:4-6 fre4sh strawberries,quartered
- 2-4 tablespoons pecans
- 2-4 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
In a blender,combine coconut milk and quartered strawberries. Blend until smooth.
Pour strawberry mixture into a glass container. Add chia seeds,mix well and cover tightly. Refrigerate overnight.
Remove mixture from refrigerator. Place in a glass bowl. Add remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
