Strawberry-Mango Daiquiri Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sliced ripe strawberries and chopped mango
- 3 oz (90 ml) white rum
- freshly squezeed lime juice of 2 limes
- 1 oz (30 ml) Simple Sugar Syrup (recipe follows)
- For Single Sugar Syrup:
- 2 cups (500 ml) water
- 1 cup sugar
Method
Step 1
In a blender, combine all ingredients and process at high speed until well mixed,30 seconds. Pour mixture into daiquiri glasses.
Step 2
Garnish each strawberry and mango daiquiri with the lime wedge.
Step 3
Simple Sugar Syrup: In a large saucepan combine water and sugar and simmer until the sugar dissolved, stirring occasionally. Cool at room temperature, pour into a glass jar. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
