Tangy cucumber-mint cocktail.Very healthy nonalcoholic mixed drink.
- 4-5 fresh mint sprigs
- 1 large cucumber,peeled and roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
In a blender,combine mint leaves,cucumber,lime juice,sugar and 2 cups fresh water. Blend well until smooth.
Strain to remove any seeds. Pour mixture into cocktail glasses.
Serve with slice of lime and cucumber. Top tangy cucumber-mint cocktail with fresh mint leaf.
