Thai Sunrise Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 oz (40 ml) silver tequila
  • 2/3 oz (20 ml) triple sec Cointreau
  • 2/3 oz (20 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 ripe mango, diced
  • dash grenadine

Method

Step 1

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend well. Add crushed ice and blend again.

Step 2

Pour mixture into cocktail glass. Garnish with orange wedge and maraschino cherry.

Step 3

Serve immediately.
