Traffic Light Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2/3 oz (20 ml) red dessert wine
  • 2/3 oz (20 ml) Chartreause liqueur
  • 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten

Method

Step 1

In a cocktail glass, pour layer by layer Chartreuse liqueur, beaten egg yolk, and dessert wine.

Step 2

Garnish with wedge of orange and maraschino cherry.

Step 3

Serve with a straw.
