Vanilla cream liqueur. Homemade brandy-based cream liqueur with vanilla extract. Very easy and delicious drink! You may also like Strawberry Cream Liqueur

Vanilla Cream Liqueur

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
  • 3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (250 ml) vodka
  • 1 cup (250 ml) brandy
  • 1 cup (250 ml) evaporated milk
  • 4 eggs

Method

Step 1

Combine sugar and water in saucepan, heat to boiling, then stir just until thickened. Cool completely.

Step 2

Combine vanilla, vodka, and brandy. Blend in blender. Add cooled sugar syrup and blend again.

Step 3

Then add milk and blend at low speed for 1 minute. Add eggs and pulse stir for 1 minute more(use the lowest speed on blender and turn on-off about eight times).

    Not sure I follow the recipe. Ingredient list shows chopped onion, celery and a cup of BBQ sauce. The directions mention none of those and instead use onion soup mix and tapioca pudding. Which way is it or both? Thanks.
