Vanilla Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) vanilla flavored white rum
- 2/3 oz (20 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/3 oz (10 ml) gomme syrup
Method
Step 1
Scrape the inside of three vanilla pods into a bottle of rum. Replace the cap and leave for a week. Shake occasionally.
Step 2
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain vanilla daiquiri into a cocktail glass.
