West Indian Colada Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1²⁄³ oz (50 ml) white rum
- 2/3 oz (20 ml) coconut rum
- 2 oz (20 ml) pineapple juice
- half fresh papaya, peeled and diced
- 2/3 oz (20 ml) coconut cream
- 1 oz (10 ml) heavy (double) cream
Method
Step 1
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend well.
Step 2
Pour the rum mixture into a cocktail. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
Step 3
Serve immediately.
