Blueberry-Cranberry Smoothie

Blueberry-cranberry smoothie. Very simple and easy nonalcoholic mixed drink.Healthy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup(250 g) fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup(250 ml) cranberry juice
  • 2 large eggs,beaten

Method

Step 1

In a blender,combine blueberries and beaten eggs. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

Pour mixture into cocktail glasses. Pour cranberry juice over.

Step 3

Garnish blueberry-cranberry smoothie with a few fresh blueberries and sprig of mint.

    I don’t see the garlic in the instructions for cooking? Assume it is added to the lemon mixture?

      Look at step number three: “Add chopped onions and garlic to reserved drippings. Cook,stirring occasionally,until onions are tender. Drain off fat.”
