Blueberry-cranberry smoothie. Very simple and easy nonalcoholic mixed drink.Healthy and delicious!
- 1 cup(250 g) fresh blueberries
- 1 cup(250 ml) cranberry juice
- 2 large eggs,beaten
In a blender,combine blueberries and beaten eggs. Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into cocktail glasses. Pour cranberry juice over.
Garnish blueberry-cranberry smoothie with a few fresh blueberries and sprig of mint.
