Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) milk
- 1 oz (30 g) envelope unflavored gelatin
- 2Β½ cups (625 ml) heavy cream (35% cooking cream)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1Β½ teaspoons rose water
Method

Combine milk and gelatin in small bowl. Stir together and set aside.

Remove from the heat and add rose water. Mix well and let cool at room temperature. Pour cooled mixture into 6 wine glasses
Step 4
Cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Serve Italian pudding Panna Cotta with your favorite fruits.
