Marinated salmon fillet. Very easy and delicious seafood appetizer marinated with brandy, lemon, and dill. You may also like Marinated Shrimp Appetizer
Marinated Salmon Fillet
Ingredients
- 2 pounds (960 g) salmon fillet
- 4 tablespoons sea salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- zest of 1 lemon, finely grated
- 2/3 oz (20 g) finely chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon brandy
Method
Step 1
Rub salmon fillet with sugar and sea salt.
Step 2
In mixing bowl, combine chopped dill and lemon zest. Dip salmon fillet in dill mixture. Sprinkle with brandy.
Step 3
Cover with plastic wrap, making small halls with toothpick. Refrigerate for, at least 4 hours.(If you like more salted fish, I recommend refrigerating it overnight)
Step 4
Remove marinated salmon fillet from refrigerator, slice and enjoy!
