Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen yellow corn
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) light cream
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
- pinch of salt
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed
Method
Step 1
Grease a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir well.
Step 3
Transfer the corn mixture into prepare baking pan. Scatter with cubed butter.
Step 4
Place the pan in the air fryer basket. Bake at 320 F (160 C) for 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
