Ingredients

  • 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 head fresh broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Method

Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Sprinkle the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the greased basket. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Fry at 390 F (195 C) for 14 minutes or until browned and tender, flipping once halfway the cooking time.

Step 3

Remove fried chicken from the fryer. Transfer to a cutting board. Cut into bite-size pieces.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, combine cubed chicken, broccoli florets, mushroom soup, and cheese. Mix well.

Step 5

Grease a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the chicken mixture into the pan. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the mixture.

Step 6

Place the baking pan in the air fryer. Air fry at 400 F (200 C) for 10 minutes or until breadcrumbs are lightly browned. Remove the baking pan from the fryer. Serve hot.
