How to Make Italian Antipasto Kabobs
To make Italian antipasto kabobs, you will need a few key ingredients. Start by cooking a package of cheese tortellini according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside to cool.
Next, gather 40 pimiento-stuffed green olives and 40 large pitted ripe black olives. These olives will add a burst of tangy and briny flavors to the kabobs.
To assemble the kabobs, thread cooked tortellini onto a skewer, followed by a pimiento-stuffed green olive, a slice of salami, and a pitted ripe black olive. Repeat this process until all the ingredients are used, making sure to leave some space at the end of the skewer for easy handling.
Once all the kabobs are assembled, drizzle them with 3/4 cup of Italian salad dressing. This dressing will infuse the kabobs with even more Italian flavors and add a touch of tanginess.
Italian antipasto kabobs are best served chilled, so refrigerate them for at least an hour before serving. The combination of the tortellini, olives, salami, and dressing creates a harmonious blend of flavors that will leave your guests craving for more.

How to Store Antipasti Leftovers
When it comes to enjoying antipasti, itβs not uncommon to have leftovers. To ensure that you can savor the flavors of your antipasto for as long as possible, proper storage is key. Here are some tips on how to store antipasti leftovers.
1. Refrigerate promptly: After your meal, refrigerate any leftover antipasti within two hours. This will help prevent the growth of bacteria and keep your food safe to eat.
2. Separate components: If your antipasti includes different components like cured meats, cheeses, and marinated vegetables, itβs best to store them separately. This will prevent cross-contamination and maintain the individual flavors and textures.
3. Use airtight containers: Transfer the antipasti leftovers to airtight containers or resealable bags. This will help keep the food fresh and prevent any odors from spreading to other items in your fridge.
4. Label and date: To keep track of your leftovers, label each container with the contents and the date it was stored. This will help you identify whatβs inside and ensure that you consume them within a safe timeframe.
5. Consume within a few days: While antipasti can last for a few days in the refrigerator, itβs best to consume them within 3-4 days for optimal freshness and taste.
