Baked crab-stuffed mushrooms recipe. Mushroom caps stuffed with crab meat, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and spices baked in an oven. Very easy and delicious recipe. use it as an appetizer or main dish.
Baked Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound (480 g) fresh mushrooms, washed and stems removed
- 7 oz (210 g) crab meat
- 5 green onions, washed and thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 F (175 C).
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl, combine crab meat, sliced green onions, dried herbs, and black pepper. Mix well. Stir in the mayonnaise and 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 3
Spoon the crab mixture into the mushroom caps. Arrange crab-stuffed mushroom on an ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle with more grated parmesan cheese and paprika.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
