Ingredients: 1/2 cup (125 ml) each: skim milk, evaporated milk, 1ΒΌ teaspoons granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon Dutch-process cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon water
Instructions: In a small heavy saucepan, combine the skim milk, evaporated milk, and granulated sugar. Stir well,Β then heat, uncovered, over low heat until the milk mixture bubbles, for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a mixing cup, combine cocoa powder and water. Mix until it forms a thick paste. Pour the hot milk mixture into the cocoa paste, then stir until smooth.

Ingredients
- 6 tanlespoons Italian-style espresso coffee
- 3 cups (750 ml) water
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) evaporated skim milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- cocoa powder
Method
Step 1
Place Italian espresso coffee in the filter of a drip coffee maker.
Step 2
Pour 3 cups (750 ml) water in a small heavy saucepan. Bing to a boil over medium heat. Pour the boiling water over coffee. Let it drip through, for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Using the same saucepan, heat the milk, uncovered, over medium heat, for about 2 minutes.
Step 4
Pour hot milk into an electirc blender. Add the vanilla extract, amd blend at high speed for 1 minute or until foamy.
Step 5
When Italian espresso coffee is ready, pour it into 4 servong cups. Top with hot milk mixture. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve hot.
