Classic Dry Martini Mixed Drink
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:3 oz (90 ml) gin, dash dry vermouth, a dash of orange bitters, and olive to garnish
Instructions: In a shaker filled with ice, combine gin, vermouth, and orange bitters. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. The Martini should be ice-cold to the very last drop. Strain vodka mixture into a chilled Martini glass. Serve with a lemon twist or an olive.
Useful Martini Terminology:
Wet Martini Drink made with extra dry vermouth. Gibson Martini, garnished with a white pearl onion. Franklin Martini, garnished with two olives. Naked Martini made by merely rinsing Martini glass with dry vermouth then tipping away. Bradford Martini drink, shaken, not stirred. Buckeye Martini, garnished with a black olive. Dickens’ Dry Martini drink served as is (no olive or lemon twist)

Ingredients
- 1 oz (30 ml) Coffee liqueur
- 1 oz (30 ml) espresso coffee
- 1²⁄³ oz (50 ml) vodka
- cubed ice
- coffee beans
Method
Step 1
In a shaker filled with cubed ice, combine first three ingredients. Shake until you can not feel the ice cubes knocking around anymore.
Step 2
Strain vodka mixture into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans. Serve cold.
