Cocobanana cocktail. Rum-based tropical mixed drink. Very delicious and easy to prepare! I used Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream to make this drink.

Ingredients
- 1²⁄³ oz (50 ml) gold rum
- 1 oz (30 ml) amaretto
- 2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) coconut cream
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- crushed ice
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish cocktail with slice of banana set on the trim.
