- 1²⁄³ oz (50 ml) gold rum
- 1 oz (30 ml) amaretto
- 2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) coconut cream
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish the cocktail with a slice of banana set on the trim.
