Cocobanana cocktail. Rum based tropical mixed drink. Very easy to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 1²⁄³ oz (50 ml) gold rum
  • 1 oz (30 ml) amaretto
  • 2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice
  • 1 oz (30 ml) coconut cream
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 ripe banana,peeled
  • crushed ice

Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish cocktail with slice of banana set on the trim.
