Ingredients: 8 cups (2 L) cubed skinless chicken, 1 medium yellow onion, peeled and chopped, 1 cup (250 ml) chopped celery, 2 cups (500 ml) mayonnaise, 1 cup (250 ml) cubed American cheese, buns
Instructions: In a 4-6-quart (4-6 l) crock pot, combine all ingredients, except buns. Cover and cook on a high-heat setting for 2 hours. Turn off the crock pot and open the lid. Stir the chicken mixture well before serving. Serve in the buns.

Ingredients: 3 cups (750 ml) cooked skinless chicken, cut into cubes, 2 cups (500 ml) chicken broth, 1 cup (250 ml) soda crackers, crushed, 1/2 teaspoon salt, dash freshly ground black pepper, 8 sandwich buns
Instructions: In a 4-6-quart (4-6 L) crock pot, combine cubed chicken, chicken broth, crackers, and seasoning. Stir well. Cover the cooker and cook on a low-heat setting for 2-3 hours, or until the chicken mixture thickens and can be spread.
Turn off the crock pot and open the lid. Stir well the chicken mixture before serving. Fill sandwich buns and serve while warm.

- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt

Step 1
In a crock pot, combine all ingredients. Stir well.
Step 2
Cover and cook on a low-heat setting for 8 hours.
Step 3
Turn off the crock pot and open the lid. Stir chicken until it shreds.
Step 4
Serve on buns.
