Crock Pot Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked basmati rice
  • 6 bell peppers, cored
  • 1 pound (480 g) lean ground turkey
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning

Cook the rice according to the packing instructions. Set aside and allow to cool.
