- 1 cup sliced red and green bell pepper
- 8 oz (240 g) sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 6-8 hot dog buns
In a crock pot, combine all ingredients, except seasoning and buns. Mix well.
Cover crock pot and cook on low-heat setting for 6-8 hours.
Turn off the crock pot. Open the lid and season the sausage mixture with salt and black pepper.
Serve brats in buns with vegetable mixture spooned over.
