Ingredients

  • 1 tomato,cubed
  • 1 cucumber,peeled and cubed
  • 1 Romain lettuce,chopped
  • 1 sweet pepper,cored and chopped
  • 3-4 mushrooms,sliced
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste

Method

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine all vegetables. Mix well.

Step 2

Add vegetable oil. Stir well to combine.

Step 3

Stir in 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Season to taste with salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle with fresh chopped dill. Serve and enjoy!
