English coffee with roasted figs. This coffee recipe dedicated to all coffee lovers.Very easy and delicious!
- 4 oz (120 g) fresh figs,sliced into 1/4-inch (60 mm) slices
- 1/2 pound (240 g) whole bean Kenya AA or Ethiopian coffee
- 1/2 pound (240 g) whole bean Colombian coffee
Roast figs at 300°F (149°C) for 1-2 hours until completely dry and crackly.
In a blender,combine coffee and roasted figs. Grind and brew English coffee with roasted figs as for regular coffee.
