    Easy English Plum Pudding Recipe

English Royal punch. Alcoholic mixed drink which includes cognac,rum and Arrack. Serve it hot.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz (480 ml) cognac
  • 16 oz (480 ml) dark tea
  • 8 oz (240 ml) Jamaican rum
  • 3 oz (90 ml) Curacao
  • 3 oz (90 ml) Arrack
  • 3 oz (90 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 4 oz (120 g) sugar
  • 1 lemon,sliced
  • 4 egg whites,beaten

Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients,except egg whites in large saucepan. Heat well(don't boil).

Step 2

Add beaten eggs. Mix well.

Step 3

Serve English Royal punch hot.
