Green-a-Colada smoothie.Very healthy nonalcoholic mixed drink.
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1½ cups (375 ml) filtered water of 1 young Thai coconut
- handful of spinach
- 5 mint leaves
- freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lime
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into glasses. Serve green-a-colada smoothie cold.
