Grilled turkey cutlets recipe. Marinated turkey breasts grilled over a gas grill. Very easy, healthy, and delicious!
Grilled Turkey Cutlets Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 2 turkey cutlets
- 1/2 mango, pitted, pared, cut into slices
- 1/2 banana, peeled and diagonally sliced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 4 scallions
Method
Step 1
Preheat barbecue or gas grill on medium.
Step 2
In a pie plate combine barbecue sauce and 1 tablespoon water. Add turkey cutlets. Turn to coat with barbecue sauce. Transfer turkey cutlets to a plate. Set aside.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients to the sauce. Turn to coat.
Step 4
Spray grilling rack with cooking spray. Put turkey cutlets, mango, bananas, and vegetables on preheated grilling rack. Cook, basting with barbecue sauce. Turn occasionally until fruits and vegetables are browned and turkey is no longer pink.
