Honey-Dijon chicken recipe pressure cooker. Chicken breasts with tasty homemade honey-Dijon sauce cooked in an electric pressure cooker.
You can also cook it in a slow cooker. To make it, you need to use the following ingredients:
2 pounds (960 g) of boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1Β½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 cups (500 ml) honey-Dijon mustard
Instructions:
Grease insight into the cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with garlic and onion powders.
Pour salad dressing over. Cover the slow cooker and cook on a low-heat setting for 8-10 hours.
Turn off the slow cooker. Using tongs, remove cooked chicken breasts from the slow cooker and transfer to a serving plate. Pour sauce over. Serve hot.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds (960 g) boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) coarse mustrad, whole grain
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup (250 ml) low-fat chicken broth
Method
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine mustard, honey, brown sugar, onion powder, and salt. Mix well to create a glaze.
Step 2
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the pressure cooker. Pour half of the mustard mixture over the chicken, reserving another half of the glaze. Pour chicken broth over all.
Step 3
Close the pot and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 11 minutes.
Step 4
Using the Quick Release method, bring pressure to normal. Carefully unlock and open the lid. Using tongs, remove the cooked chicken and transfer it to a serving plate. Pour reserved mustard mixture over and serve hot.
