Iced Mocha with Mint

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) freshly brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
- dash of mint extract
- 1 scoop crushed ice
- mint leaf for garnish
Method
Step 1
In a blender, combine all ingredients, except mint leaf. Blend until frothy.
Step 2
Pour mocha into a tall glass. Garnish with mint leaf (optional). Serve with a straw.
