Cognac Mint Frappé. This is very easy alcoholic cocktail recipe. The fragrance of the cognac and the crème de menthe combines well with the aroma of the crushed mint leaves. Use a cocktail

Cognac Mint Frappé

Ingredients

  • 1 oz (30 ml) cognac
  • 1 oz (30 ml) green creme de menthe
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon caster sugar

Method

Step 1

In a cocktail glass, combine mint leaves and caster sugar. Crush mint leaves and sugar together, using the back of bar spoon.

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Add ice and stir again.

Step 3

Garnish with fresh mint leaf.
