Instant Pot Baked Salmon Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) water
- 1 pound (480 g) salmon, cut into 4 fillets
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Step 1
Pour the water into 4-6-quart (4-6 l) electric pressure cooker. Arrange the metal trivet on top.
Step 2
Arrange salmon fillets in a single layer on the trivet. Sprinkle with alt and black pepper (you can use your favorite fish seasoning instead).
Step 3
Close the pot and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 3 minutes (for fresh salmon cooking time is 3 minutes, for frozen-5 minutes)
Step 4
Using the Quick Release method, bring pressure to normal. Carefully unlock and open the lid.
Step 5
Remove baked salmon fillets from the cooker and transfer to serving plates. Serve with your favorite vegetables or salads.
