Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) water
  • 1 pound (480 g) salmon, cut into 4 fillets
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

Step 1

Pour the water into 4-6-quart (4-6 l) electric pressure cooker. Arrange the metal trivet on top.

Step 2

Arrange salmon fillets in a single layer on the trivet. Sprinkle with alt and black pepper (you can use your favorite fish seasoning instead).

Step 3

Close the pot and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 3 minutes (for fresh salmon cooking time is 3 minutes, for frozen-5 minutes)

Step 4

Using the Quick Release method, bring pressure to normal. Carefully unlock and open the lid.

Step 5

Remove baked salmon fillets from the cooker and transfer to serving plates. Serve with your favorite vegetables or salads.
